Welcome to the Julie's Cakes Referral Program . These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Referral Program offered by Julie's Cakes & Pastries through www.juliescakes.com.np .
1. Eligibility
- The Referral Program is open to all registered customers of www.juliescakes.com.np.
- To qualify as a Referrer, you must have an active login account on juliescakes.com.np.
- A Referee is a new customer who has never placed an order via the website using the same email address or mobile number.
- Customers must comply with these Terms & Conditions to participate in the program.
2. Referral Reward
When a Referrer successfully invites a new customer:
- The Referrer will receive Rs. 100 as a referral reward.
- The Referee will also receive Rs. 100 as a referral reward.
- The Referee will also get 10% First Order Discount by applying the voucher code WELCOME during checkout.
3. When Rewards Are Issued
Referral rewards will only be issued after:
- The Referee successfully places their first order through juliescakes.com.np.
- The order is successfully delivered.
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, returned, or deemed ineligible.
- Customers must comply with these Terms & Conditions to participate in the program.
Rewards are not issued immediately after registration or order placement.
4. Reward Redemption
Referral rewards can be redeemed as follows:
- Rs. 100 referral reward is automatically applied as a cash discount during checkout.
- No voucher code is required to redeem the referral reward.
- The reward can be used on any eligible order before its expiry date.
- There is no minimum order value required to redeem the reward.
5. Reward Validity
- Each referral reward is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
- Expired rewards cannot be extended, reinstated, or exchanged for cash.
6. First Order Discount
- New customers may use the voucher code WELCOME to receive 10% OFF on their first order, subject to the applicable terms of the voucher.
- The Referee may use both the Rs. 100 referral reward and the WELCOME voucher on the same eligible order, where applicable.
7. Unlimited Referrals
- There is no limit to the number of friends or family members you may refer.
- You may continue earning referral rewards for every successful and eligible referral.
8. Eligible Products
- The Referral Program is valid across all products available on the website unless otherwise stated by Julie's Cakes during promotional campaigns.
9. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
- A customer may not create multiple accounts or use different email addresses or mobile numbers to refer themselves or claim referral rewards.
10. Fraud & Program Abuse
Julie's Cakes & Pastries reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, or refuse referral rewards if it reasonably believes that:
- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
- Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts have been used.
- Orders have been placed solely to obtain referral rewards.
- Any suspicious, abusive, misleading, or dishonest activity has occurred.
- These Terms & Conditions have been violated.
Julie's Cakes & Pastries reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account found to be abusing the Referral Program.
11. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Referral rewards will not be issued if the qualifying order:
- is cancelled,
- is refunded,
- is returned,
- fails to be delivered, or
- otherwise becomes ineligible.
If a referral reward has already been granted for an order that later becomes ineligible, Julie's Cakes & Pastries reserves the right to revoke or recover the reward.
12. Non-Transferable
Referral rewards:
- cannot be exchanged for cash,
- cannot be transferred to another customer,
- cannot be sold or assigned,
- and have no cash value outside the website.
13. Program Changes
Julie's Cakes & Pastries reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Referral Program, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective once published on the website.
14. Final Decision
All decisions made by Julie's Cakes & Pastries regarding referral eligibility, reward issuance, fraud prevention, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
