Cancellation and Refund

To cancel an order, we kindly request our customers to give us an advance notice based on the type and complexity of their order:

To order a customized cake, please ensure that your request is submitted at least one week before the desired delivery date, depending on the complexity of the design. A 50% advance is required to confirm the order.

Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will incur a 10% charge, while cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed-upon time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order placed one day before the scheduled delivery time and provides notification within 12 hours of the delivery time, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied. However, if the customer informs us about the cancellation 12 hours or later than the scheduled delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Julie’s Cakes and Pastries shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to fulfill orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other events which is beyond our control. Nor will a refund be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a customer fails to pick up an order or provide a valid delivery address during the agreed-upon time, no refund will be issued.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us immediately (sooner the better). We may offer a replacement or refund based on the nature of the concern.
