1. 1. Eligibility: This loyalty program is open to all registered customers of Julie's Cakes & Pastries who place online orders for cakes through our website www.juliescakes.com.np
2. 2. Program Structure: Customers earn rewards based on the number of completed orders they place.
   • 4th order: 10% OFF voucher (a unique code issued after the 3rd order).
   • 7th order: 10% OFF voucher (a unique code issued after the 6th order).
   • 10th order: 1 free 1-pound cake voucher worth Rs. 1000/- (a unique code issued after the 9th order).
   • Vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
   • Each voucher is valid for a single use only.

3. 3. Voucher Issuance: Unique vouchers are automatically generated and displayed on the customer's “Julie’s Loyalty Program” page after the qualifying order (3rd, 6th, 9th).
4. 4. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
5. 5. Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers, discount vouchers, or promotional codes.
6. 6. Termination: Julie's Cakes & Pastries reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program with prior notice to customers.
